1. Cancellation Policy
- You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time through the app's cancellation feature. To initiate the cancellation process, please follow the steps provided within the app.
- Once the cancellation is successfully processed, your subscription will be terminated, and no further charges will be incurred.
- Please note that cancellation requests must be submitted through the app's designated cancellation feature. We cannot accept cancellation requests via email, phone, or any other means.
- After the cancellation, you will continue to have access to the app and its features until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial or prorated refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds for subscription payments are available only for subscription periods of 6 months and above. If cancellation is requested when at least 50% of the subscription period is remaining, a refund will be provided for the unused portion of the subscription.
- To request a refund, please send an email from your registered email address to our customer support team with the details of your cancellation and the remaining subscription period.
- If eligible, the refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the transaction. Please note that it may take upto 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Modifications to the Policy
- We reserve the right to modify or update our Refund & Cancellation Policies at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policies within the app or notifying you through other means.
- We encourage you to review the refund and cancellation policy periodically to stay informed about any updates or changes.
Please note that the refund and cancellation policy mentioned above is specific to Online Dukan. For any third-party services or integrations used within the app, their respective refund and cancellation policies may apply.
